Derek Neiheiser enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Albright men's lacrosse program in 2016.
Neiheiser played collegiately at Elizabethtown where he was a four-year letterwinner for the Blue Jays and was a team captain in 2012. He also was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference Academic Honor Roll in both 2010 and 2011.
Neiheiser graduated from Conrad Weiser High School where he was named the Berks County Player of the Year in both 2007 and 2008.
Neiheiser has served previous coaching stints at Dublin Coffman High School, the Blue Mountain Lacrosse Club and Body Zone Lacrosse.
