Justin Zimmerman will be entering his first season as assistant softball coach of the Albright softball program.
Zimmerman comes from Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, PA where he currently coaches and instructs softball.
Zimmerman has been playing men's fastpitch softball for 15 years. Over his career, he has played for teams based out of New York, Utah, and Pennsylvania. He also spent one season pitching for the Halswell Hornets in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Zimmerman currently plays for the Farmersville Haymakers, which are a travel team based out of Ephrata, PA. Last season, the Haymakers won the North American Fastpitch Association (NAFA) "AA" national championship. The championship was held in Mankato, Minnesota.
