DeLucas enters her third season leading the Albright College softball program in 2021.

The Albright Softball team was only able to play one series in 2020 before the COVID-19 outbreak season shutdown.

In her first year at the helm of the Lions in 2019, DeLucas was named the MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year after leading Albright to the postseason for the first time since 2007 and a 25-win season, which was just one win shy of tying the program record. The Lions also put together a program record 13-game winning streak and advanced to the ECAC semifinals for the the first time since 2001. Five players earned All-Conference honors including freshman pitcher Allison Melahn who was named MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year.

DeLucas served as an assistant coach on the team for the past two seasons under Scot Adams. The Lions finished 14-19 overall and 5-11 in MAC Commonwealth play in the 2018 season, and had three players earn all-conference honors.

In 2017, the Lions just missed on a trip to the MAC Commonwealth tournament, finishing just two games out of a playoff spot. The Lions finished 17-19 overall and 6-10 in MAC Commonwealth play.

A 2014 graduate of Albright College, DeLucas played her career in the outfield for the Lions. Along with her softball success, she was also the goalkeeper on the field hockey team, where she was the first player in program history to play in the NFHCA Senior All-Star Game in 2013.

DeLucas is a member of the Albright Admission Office as well, where she covers southern and northeastern Pennsylvania in her role as an Admission Counselor.
