Scott Prohaska will be entering his first season as an assistant softball coach of the Albright softball program. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennyslvania, where he holds an Associates of Arts Degree. Prohaska will primarily work with infielders and hitters along with helping with game decisions and management. He has previously coached softball in the Ephrata Area School District, as well as the Governor Mifflin School District. Prohaska has also coached several men’s fastpitch teams. Scott Prohaska will be entering his second season as an assistant softball coach of the Albright softball program in 2018. Prohaska works with infielders and hitters along with helping with game decisions and management.

In 2017, the Lions just missed on a trip to the MAC Commonwealth tournament, finishing just two games out of a playoff spot. The Lions finished 17-19 overall and 6-10 in MAC Commonwealth play. 

He has previously coached softball in the Ephrata Area School District, as well as the Governor Mifflin School District. Prohaska has also coached several men’s fastpitch teams.

During his 25-year playing career, which is still active, Prohaska has primarily been a second basemen. He has helped teams to multiple top-five finishes at various National Championship Tournaments. He was also a member of five Pennsylvania State Championship teams. Prohaska has also earned many individual awards including being named to All-American teams on four separate occasions.

He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he holds an Associates of Arts Degree.
