Stephanie Pomante enters her second season as an assistant coach on the Albright Softball staff in 2021.
A 2019 graduate of Albright, Pomante joined the staff last season before the season was shortened.
A four-year starter at catcher for the Lions, Pomante appeared in 131 games for the Lions and started in 126 of them. She finished her Albright career with a .321 batting average, 119 hits, 68 RBIs, 44 runs, 23 doubles, and five home runs. Pomante's best season came in her senior year when she batted .357 while tallying 41 hits, 22 RBI's, and scoring 17 runs. Pomante earned All-MAC Commonwealth second team honors behind those career-high numbers. She also helped lead the Lions to their first MAC Commonwealth Tournament appearance since 2007, and first ECAC Tournament appearance since 2001.
Pomante earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Albright in May of 2019.
