Coach Blair has been instrumental in the team's recent success. From taking over the program just over two years ago, Coach Blair has restored the program to competing among the conferences elite.
2026 marked coach Blair's second season leading Albright's Women's Lacrosse program. She increased the team's win total for the second time in as many seasons. As any coach knows it takes the players to perform at a high level to achieve success and Blair has done nothing but that in her two seasons at the helm.
Zoe Dicks ('26) was named second team All MAC-Commonwealth after breaking the single season assist record (44) and joined the exclusive 100-point club last season and was Blair's second All-Conference player in as many seasons.
Additionally, Blair led multiple record breaking performances by the team and individuals in 2025. In the game against Wilson College, the Lions scored 26 goals to set a new program record for most goals in a game in program history.
Individually, Blair helped Graduate Student attacker Kayte Moist ('25) break the record for most goals in a game (11) and tied the record for most points in a game (12) on her way to becoming an All-MAC Commonwealth Honorable Mention. Senior midfielder Sarah Chernis ('25) tied the single game assist record (6) on three separate occasions on her way to setting the single season assist record (43) under the guidance of coach Blair.
Blair was a member of the women's lacrosse team from 2019-2023 appearing in 62 total games for Albright. Blair was a defender for the Lions finishing her career with 82 groundballs and 50 caused turnovers and was named Defensive MVP of the women's lacrosse for her strong play in 2023.
Blair graduated from Albright in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Public Health and furthered her education at King's College studying Healthcare Administration.
Before returning to Albright, Blair spent time as an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Transylvania University and would later serve as a graduate assistant at King's College.
