Vicente Farina brings a wealth of experience in player development, operations, and recruitment to the Albright Women’s Soccer program. With a strong background coaching at the youth, collegiate, and ODP levels, Vicente has a proven ability to enhance player growth and team success both on and off the field.
He has served as Project Manager of Operations and ODP Coach at New Jersey Youth Soccer, overseeing strategic initiatives, coaching elite players, and leading innovative programs. Most recently, Vicente was the Assistant Coach for Union College Women’s Soccer, where he helped expand the roster, improve team performance, and guide players to individual recognition.
A former collegiate player and highly credentialed coach (USSF C License, La Liga Level 2 Methodology), Vicente’s focus at Albright will center on driving recruitment efforts to build a competitive program while fostering player development and community engagement.
