Albright Athletics Hall of Fame
Steve Simon '64 was a member of the Albright football and baseball team during his four years in Reading. As a team captain, Simon helped lead the Albright football team to a MAC Championship in 1960, and back-to-back undefeated seasons in 1960 and 1961.
Simon earned All-MAC second team honors and All-ECAC first team honors in 1961 and 1962. He once held the NCAA Division III record for interceptions in a single-season, and currently ranks in the top five in Albright football program history in career interceptions. On the baseball diamond, Simon earned All-MAC honorable mention in 1962.
Simon earned his MBA from West Virginia University after graduating from Albright, and served as a management consultant for a number of businesses during his career.
