READING, Pa. - In only their third match of the season, the Lions (0-3/0-2 CC) faced another tough challenge in Elizabethtown College (6-3/2-0 CC). The visiting Blue Jays downed the red and white by the final score of 9-0 Tuesday afternoon on the Albright Tennis Courts.

Through Tuesday's match, Elizabethtown made quick work of the Lions taking all three doubles matches in order. After picking up back-to-back 8-0 victories at first and second doubles, the Blue Jays recorded their third win of the afternoon with a 7-2 decision at third doubles.

In singles competition, #Kenneth Ip# dropped a 6-3, 6-1 decision at first singles. From there the Blue Jays defeated both #Lee Fura# and #Jason Lefkoe# 6-0, 6-0.

At fourth singles, #Mike Callahan# was handed a 6-0, 6-1 loss, and at fifth singles #Joe Monzo# was defeated 6-1, 6-0. To end the afternoon, #Adam Stamm# fell to Brian Osborn 6-0, 6-0 in the sixth singles spot.

Men's Tennis returns to action tomorrow afternoon when they host Penn State Harrisburg at 3:30 p.m. on the Albright Tennis Courts.
