READING, Pa. - It has been a busy weekend for the Lady Lions playing two games in 48 hours. However with the momentum of yesterday's 6-3 win over Neumann, the red and white returned home and picked-up their second straight victory defeating Goucher College (2-4) by the score of 3-0 Sunday afternoon in Shirk Stadium.
Albright (5-3) dominated Sunday's match-up from start to finish. The red and white combined for 20 shots in the contest, 17 of which were on goal. Three different players scored for the Lady Lions, starting with #

Caitlin Feldman# recorded her fourth goal of the weekend in the 41st minute, and freshman #Ashley Bradley# knocked in her second of the year in the 51st minute. Assisting the first two Albright goals was #
Kaitlyn Pietrusewicz#. Boscola assisted Albright's third and final goal of the afternoon.
Goalie #
Marguerite DeLucas# and her defense were solid throughout allowing just six shots in the contest. The shutout marked the third of the season for the West Reading native, and improved her goals against average to 2.00.
For the visiting Gophers, junior goalie Micki Manheimer had a busy afternoon totaling 12 saves in the contest. Midfielder Lindsay Jones led her team with two shots on goal.
Field Hockey returns to action on Wednesday when they host University of Scranton at 7 p.m. in Shirk Stadium.
