LA PLUME, Pa. - With three goals in the first half and one in the second, the Lady Lions (3-2-2) cruised to their second straight win, defeating Keystone College (2-4) by the final score of 4-1 Thursday afternoon at Ned Boehm Field.
Four different players scored for the red and white, starting with #
Meg Albright# in the 9th minute. Assisting on Albright's goal was #
Kim Harkins#, who on Tuesday netted two goals in the 6-0 win over the College of St. Elizabeth.
Less than a minute after Albright's first goal of the season, #
Alex Talbot# found the back of the Giants' goal on an unassisted play. Freshman #
Mel Sullivan# made it a 3-0 game after converting on a penalty kick opportunity in the 28th minute.
Following the halftime break, Keystone ended Albright's shutout on a Samantha Littleford unassisted goal in the 54th minute of the match. Still up by two goals, the red and white continued to pressure the Keystone goalie Samantha Finch and her defense.
Thursday's victory was secured when #
Jordan Cassidy# netted the game's final goal in the 79th minute. Keystone's lone goal marked only the second that Albright has allowed in 390 minutes of play.

Kelsey Kuhns# each played 45 minutes. Kuhns recorded the only two saves for Albright, while Finch tallied 10 saves for the Giants.
As a team Albright totaled a season-high 29 shots, with 14 of those ending up on goal. Keystone was limited to just five shots on the afternoon. The Lions also dominated the corner kicks as well. In total 13 corner kicks were taken in Thursday's match, with 10 belonging to Albright.
Women's Soccer returns to action on Saturday when they host Delaware Valley College at 8 p.m. in Shirk Stadium.
