The Albright College men's swimming team took four straight events early to pull away and win its fourth straight meet, 177-77 over host Arcadia.
After an impressive comeback this week against Ursinus, the Lions erased a small 21-15 deficit after Arcadia had taken the first two events.
Freshman Ricky Sutton and sophomore
Mike McBride took the top two spots in the 200 free, before
Stephen Thomas (58.16) and
Zach McElheny (1:09.37) added wins in the 100 back and 200 breast, respectively.
Junior
Matt Bauer gave Albright a fourth consecutive event win with a 2:10.67 finish in the 200 fly. Bauer would also win the 400 IM, in 4:39.89.
Nine different Lions won individual events, as Shawn Reed (100 free),
Adam Kurtz (200 back),
Josh Park (200 breast),
Drew Leahy (500 free) and
Ralph Porrazzo (100 fly) added victories later in the meet.
Albright improves to 4-1 and will travel to Cabrini on Thursday.
