Tournament Results

WHITE HAVEN, Pa. – In the final regular season tournament women's golf team members Domonique Wilcher and Dana Wilcomes finished in fifth and sixth place respectively to close out the 2011 Misericordia University Women's Golf Invitational Monday afternoon at Mountain Laurel Golf Course.

Wilcher's finished the afternoon with a score of 106 (+34) to earn the fifth place finish. Wilcomes finished just four strokes behind her teammate to close out the tournament with a 110 (+38).

Earning the team championship was the host Cougars who shot a combined 475 on the afternoon. Alvernia University's Paige Branch won the individual crown with her final score of 90 (+18).

Women's Golf will close out their inaugural season at the first-ever Middle Atlantic Conference Championship tournament, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 7 at the Mt. Laurel Golf Course.
