GLENSIDE, Pa. – In their final road match of the 2011 season, men's tennis (0-8/0-5 Commonwealth) was handed a 9-0 loss by Arcadia University (4-8/2-4 Commonwealth) Thursday afternoon in a Commonwealth Conference match.

To start off the afternoon, all three doubles matches were extremely close with Kenneth Ip and Mike Callahan dropping an 8-2 decision at the first flight. At the second flight it was Ian Moore and Jason Lefkoe who were defeated by the score of 8-4. That score would also be the final at the third flight with Arcadia's Marc Ruggia and Dean Search defeating Brandon Weigand and Chris Harkins.

Once in singles play, the host Knights made quick work of the Lions to earn the shutout victory. Joe Monzo had the closest match in singles play with a 6-1, 6-3 loss to Herminio Quinones.

Men's Tennis returns to action on Monday when they host Lycoming College at 1 p.m.
