The Albright College field hockey team won its fourth straight game on Thursday, beating Keystone College 3-1 in Shirk Stadium.
Albright, with a record of 3-1 heading into the game, was looking for a win against Keystone, who came in with a record of 0-3.
The Lions' offense was strong in the first half. Scoring the first goal of the game was junior
Alyssa Tourdot, with an assist from sophomore Allison Dombrowski. Both Tourdot and Dombrowski had several other attempts at goal as well.
Chelsea Klein also had several good looks on goal.
Albright's defense was strong as well. The Lions had the only goal in the first half; the majority of the first thirty-five minutes took place inside Giants' territory.
Tourdot assisted Dombrowski again in the second half. Tourdot then added a goal of her own with less than three minutes remaining.
The Lions' defense did not let up during the second half. The Giants totaled 13 shots after halftime, but only managed one goal by
Christiana Nevers right after halftime.
The Lions are now 4-1 on the season and look forward to their next game against the University of Scranton, at home on Saturday.
