Albright hosts undefeated Arcadia in its first home game of the season.

Previous Meeting

Led by the second double-double in as many games for Kelecia Harris, the Red and White were able to take care of business and defeat the Arcadia University Knights, 54-51 last January.

Harris led the Lady Lions from start to finish in the points department, scoring 10 out of the Lions first 11 points in the first half, ultimately ending the game with 21 points on 10-14 shooting from the field. Harris also pulled down 15 rebounds to go along with six steals and seven blocks on the night.

Albright led by two at halftime and then opened up a 42-35 lead early in the second period. A basket late in the second half from Arcadia's Dominique Hassinger cut the Lions' lead to one point, which would be the closest that the Knights would get.

Albright College Lions (2-2, 0-1)

Albright is 2-2 and 0-1 in the Commonwealth after opening up the season with four straight games away from home.

Defending regional Rookie of the Year Harris is averaging 17.3 points and 10.3 rebounds over just 23.5 minutes per game. The Lions have been solid in the post, with sophomore Emily O'Donnell totaling 8.5 ppg on 66.7% shooting and senior Meghan Boyle chipping in with 7.8 ppg and 5.5 rpg.

Senior Kristi McFadden (7.0 ppg, 14 assists) and junior Jessica Venturelli (6.5 ppg, 14 assists) start at guard and are leading the team in minutes played so far this year.

Arcadia University Knights (5-0, 0-0)

The Knights, perennial last place finishers in the conference in recent years, are now a team on the rise after recording double-digits wins last year for the first time since 2005-06 and jumping out to a 5-0 start this fall.

Arcadia had zero seniors on the roster last year, and still features nine underclassmen. The Knights are led by a group of young guards that can both score and play outstanding defense, including sophomores Mary Badeen (19.3 ppg, 18 steals), Samantha Caligiuri (15.2 ppg, 21 steals) and Hassinger (31 assists, 9 steals).

The Knights won Ramapo's Tip-Off Tournament to start the year and followed that with blowout wins over Penn College, Penn State-York and Cairn University. Arcadia's five victories have been by an average margin of 35 points.

Series

Albright is 10-0 against Arcadia since the Knights joined the Commonwealth Conference in 2008-09.
