Despite the introduction of a new number-one player, the Albright College men's tennis team lost 9-0, Wednesday at Lebanon Valley College.

Sophomore Sean Purcell joined the squad this week and played at first singles, losing 6-2, 6-0 at LVC's Ethan Grodzinski.

Purcell teamed with Ian Moore at first doubles, losing 8-3 to Grodzinski and Sam Calabria.

Terrence Goode and Joe Monzo lost 8-2 at second doubles, while Cain Walter and Alex Alleman were beaten 8-1 in the third pairs spot.

Albright is 3-7, 1-1 and travels to FDU-Florham on Friday.
