GRANTHAM, Pa. – Three Albright players' recorded double figures in digs, but Messiah College captured a 3-0 women's volleyball victory Tuesday night in Commonwealth Conference action inside Brubaker Auditorium.
The Falcons (23-7, 6-2 CC) won by scores of 25-7, 25-12, 25-16. Albright (8-19, 1-7 CC) was led by senior
Jordan Gibson with 12 digs and seven assists.
Senior
Brandy Blimline added 11 digs and sophomore Caitlyn Klotzbach had 10 digs for Albright.
Jane Underman and Kristin Douglas each recorded 10 kills for Messiah that ended the contest with a 43-8 edge in kills.
Albright closes out its season on Thursday night with a conference match at Widener University at 7 p.m.
