CHESTER, Pa. -- The Albright volleyball team posted a pair of victories at the Middle Atlantic Conference Crossover Tournament on Saturday at the Schwartz Center with wins against FDU-Florham and Delaware Valley.

The Lions, who improved to 7-12 overall on the season, defeated FDU-Florham 16-25, 16-25, 25-19, 25-23, 15-11 in their opening match of the tournament and then defeated Delaware Valley 28-26, 25-20, 13-25, 12-25, 15-12.

In the victory over FDU-Florham, Brandy Blimline recorded a career-high 20 kills and also added 13 digs and three blocks. Kellie Hill had 13 kills and Caitlin Klotzbach finished with 30 digs.

Klotzbach recorded a career-high 38 digs in the Lions victory over Delaware Valley, while Blimline had 16 kills and 18 digs. Hill chipped in with 13 kills and Claudia Guise had 22 assists, seven digs, six kills and two service aces.

Albright will host Penn State-Berks on Monday (Oct. 6) at 7 p.m. in the Bollman Center.
