CHESTER, Pa. --
Rick Sutton and
Ken Richardson each won three events leading the Albright College men's swim team to a 131-131 tie with Widener on Saturday at the Schwartz Center.
Sutton won the 100-yard backstroke, the 200-yard backstroke and the 500-yard freestyle, while Richardson captured the 100-yard breaststroke, the 200-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard IM.
Sutton won the 100 backstroke in 55.96, the 200 backstroke in 2:01.90 and the 500 freestyle in 5:11.56.
Richardson won the 100 breaststroke in 1:02.19, the 200 breaststroke in 2:19.70 and the 200 IM in 2:05.37.
Mitch Cain also recorded a pair of victories for Albright. Cain was victorious in the 100-yard butterfly and the 200-yard butterfly as he won the 100 butterfly in 55.12 and the 200 butterfly in 2:05.80.
Tyler Huizing also notched a win for Albright as he captured first place in the 1000-yard freestyle in a time of 10:46.47.
