The Albright men's tennis team traveled to Lancaster Bible College for their spring season opener and defeated the Chargers 6-3, setting a positive outlook for the rest of the season.

Albright's Matthew Muoio and Ken Richardson have become major attributes for the men, playing number one doubles as freshmen and winning 8-4.

Muoio also contributed a major point to Albright, winning at first singles 6-4, 6-2.

Terrence Goode and Sean Purcell added a crucial win for Albright at third singles, 8-5.

With Albright just in the lead after doubles, Ian Moore (at third singles) and Cain Walter (at fifth singles) defeated their opponents (6-3, 6-4) and (6-1, 6-4), securing the win for Albright.

Thomas Werner, after going into a tiebreaker, also pulled off the win at sixth singles 6-3, 2-6, 10-7.
