Arcadia goalie
Jordyn Dunacusky saved 68% of the shots she faced as the Albright College women's lacrosse team fell 10-6, Thursday in Glenside, Pa.
The Lions won 13-of-18 draw controls and outshot the hosts 26-21. Arcadia was also successful on just 17-of-26 clear attempts, but the difference was Dunacusky (13 saves, 10 ground balls).

Emily Hutson finished with six saves and picked up five ground balls. Sophomore
Amanda Smith totaled two goals, three GBs and four draw controls.
Junior
Meghan Wilson won a game-high five draw controls and scored once. Sophomore
Erin Farrell tallied twice, and freshman
Mariah Cullen had the other Lion goal.
Trailing 5-1 late in the first half, the Lions held Arcadia to just two goals over the next 29:41 to pull within a pair.
Tori Meyer assisted Cullen early in the second half to make it 7-4 Arcadia, and Wilson added a free position shot with 24:36 remaining that cut the deficit to 7-5.
The Lions had all the momentum when Arcadia's
Dawn Faranetta was shown a yellow card with 12:48 remaining. Albright turned the ball over however, and
Haylee Molloy scored shorthanded to put the Knights back up by three.
Farrell had a man-down goal of her own in the final minutes to make it 9-6 Arcadia, but the Knights ran down the clock and scored the final point on an open net in the final seconds.
Arcadia had struck three times in a span of under two minutes to take an early 3-0 lead. Smith scored for Albright but
Jaclyn Feffer tacked on two more for the hosts as the Lions went down 5-1 in the opening 19 minutes.
Albright is 1-2 on the season and will have its home opener on Saturday, 1 p.m. against first-year program Richard Stockton. Arcadia, who made the Freedom Conference championship game last season, is 4-0 in 2014.
