READING, Pa. -- Rebecca Sartorio scored the game-tying goal for Albright College midway through the second half, but the Lions fell in overtime to Wooster 2-1 in the opening round of the Albright Lions Classic on Saturday at Shirk Stadium.

After being held without a shot during the first half, Sartorio deflected in a corner kick from Emily Saxon to tie the score at 1-1 at the 70:42 mark of the match.

The two teams remained deadlocked through the remainder of the half and went into extra time. Crystal Chavez got behind the Albright defense and found the back of the net just 2:27 into the overtime period giving the Fighting Scots the victory.

Lily Mohre had given Wooster a 1-0 lead with a goal at the 18:11 mark, which stood up until Sartorio tied the match for the Lions.

Albright slips into the consolation match on Sunday (Aug. 31) where it will face Rowan, a 1-0 loser to York, at 12 p.m. Wooster advances to the championship match where it will face the Spartans at 2:30 p.m.
