READING, Pa. -- Albright junior Ken Richardson recorded three individual victories and the Lions men's swim team opened the home portion of their 2015-16 schedule with a 140-122 victory over Widener on Saturday in the Albright Natatorium.

Richardson led the Lions to the victory by capturing first place in the 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke and the 200 IM. Richardson won the 100 breast in 1:00.63, finished first in the 200 breast in 2:16.44 and was first in the 200 IM in a time of 2:04.90.

Albright had four individuals won eight races led by Richardson's three victories. Brendan Mackey-Wood and Sean Riddle notched a pair of wins for Albright.

Mackey-Wood won the 1000 freestyle in 10:32.35 and the 500 freestyle in 5:04.00, while Riddle finished first in the 100 back in 57.16 and the 100 fly in 55.20.

Mitch Cain also posted a win for the Lions as he finished first in the 200 fly in 2:09.74.

The Lions 400 freestyle relay team of Matt Runtas, Jay Deschamps, Mackey-Wood and Riddle finished second overall in a time of 3:21.97.
