READING, Pa. -- Albright will serve as the host of the 2015 Middle Atlantic Conference Senior All-Star basketball games on Sunday (March 15) in the Bollman Center.

Albright seniors Jessica Venturelli and Allison Hardwick will represent the Lions in the senior women's game as they will compete for the Commonwealth team, while Devin Brown will represent Albright in the men's game.

The all-star weekend will begin with a basketball clinic with the Special Olympics Berks County athletes. The Special Olympics athletes will also act as honorary captains for the games and will sit on the players benches.

Following the clinic, there will be a women's and men's three-point shooting contest and a slam dunk competition for the men beginning at 1 p.m.

The women's game will begin at 1:30 p.m. and the men's game will tip at 3 p.m. The teams are comprised of selected seniors from the Commonwealth and Freedom Conferences. Albright's Janice Luck will serve as the head coach of the Commonwealth Senior All-Star women's team having earned the honor after being chosen as the Commonwealth Coach of the Year.

In lieu of admission, donations to the Greater Berks Food Bank will be accepted as an admission fee for both games.
