MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- Five different Albright players collected base hits, but the Lions saw their school-record eight-game winning streak come to an end at the hands of Rutgers-Camden as the Raptors topped Albright 7-1 in the Fastpitch Dreams Tournament at the North Myrtle Beach Complex.

Stephany Courtney all had base hits for the Lions. O'Connor went 6.0 innings on the mound and permitted just two earned runs while recording one strikeout.
Rutgers-Camden, which improved to 7-4 on the season, was paced by Brittany Scott who went 7.0 innings and allowed five hits and struck out seven batters. Brittany Scott drove in two runs for the Raptors, while Lindsay Day had three hits and Abby Merryman had two hits and an RBI.
Rutgers-Camden took a 1-0 lead after two innings and then tacked on two runs each in the third and fourth innings to increase the lead to 5-0. The Raptors tallied single runs in the sixth and seventh innings before the Lions broke thought in the bottom of the seventh inning.
O'Connor singled to right to lead off the inning and with two outs Courtney ripped a triple to right that scored O'Connor with the Lions only run of the day.
Albright, which dropped to 9-2 on the season, will conclude play in the tournament on Friday (March 18) when it faces Wisconsin-Stout and New Paltz.
