GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Albright men's swimming team suffered a 160-102 loss to Arcadia in a dual meet on Saturday afternoon. Arcadia was able to pull away by having first place finishes in all but one individual event on the day.
Junior
Tyler Chamberlin tallied the Lions only individual win on the day in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:01.68. Chamberlin also finished second in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:19.89. Freshman Bryce Schaffer, junior
Jay Deschamps, and sophomore
Teag Culver all tallied second place finishes on the day as well. Schaffer posted his finish in the 200 backstroke, while Culver tallied his in the 500 freestyle, and Deschamps registered a second in the 50 yard freestyle.
The 200 yard medley relay team of Schaffer, Deschamps, sophomore
Maliq Williams, and Chamberlin posted a first place finish with a time of 1:39.22, while the 400 yard medley relay team of Deschamps, Culver, freshman Harrison Hunsberger, and sophomore
Will Griffith posted a second place finish.
The Lions will return to the pool next Saturday, November 11th when they will travel to face Cabrini in a dual meet at 1 p.m.
