OWINGS MILLS, Md.- Men's Lacrosse traveled to Stevenson on Tuesday evening where they fell to the Mustangs, 18-8.
Stevenson held Albright scoreless in the first period before
Nick Tonno started off the second period with a goal for Albright to make it 4-1.
Cam Cetrone answered another Mustang goal with a goal of his own. Stevenson took an 8-3 lead into the half.
Andrew Potter ended the second period and began the third with two goals on feeds from Tonno and Cetrone.
Cetrone fed
Tyler Strayline for a goal before he scored two goals of his own on assists from
Derek Stump within the final minute of the third period.
Stump added another goal for Albright on a feed from Cetrone with nine minutes left in the fourth period.
Potter ended the night with two goals on six shots and one ground ball. Tonno recorded one goal, one assist and three ground balls. Stump scored a goal and dished out two assists while Strayline also scored a goal.
Ryan Aler made 16 saves on the night and scooped up four groundballs.
Cetrone scored three goals, increasing his career total to 146. He enters Saturday one goal shy of the school record where the Lions will host Arcadia at Shirk Stadium. Faceoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
