GRANTHAM, Pa.-  Cam Cetrone scored eight goals to lead men's lacrosse past Messiah in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinal on Wednesday, 14-10.
Albright jumped out quick when Cetrone scored five straight goals in the first seven minutes of the game to build an early lead. Messiah battled back scoring three goals before 
Andrew Potter answered on a dish from 
Derek Stump to make the score 6-3, Albright. The Falcons kept battling as they scored three more goals to tie the game, 6-6.
The Lions answered back with a goal from Stump and two goals from Potter. Albright took a 9-6 lead into the half.
Messiah opened the second half with two goals of their own before Cetrone put another one in the back of the net. 
Nick Tonno traded goals with the Falcons before Cetrone added two more goals for Albright. Tonno added another goal on a feed from Potter with 1:12 left in the game.
Potter recorded three goals and one assist. Tonno recorded two goals. Stump scored a goal and dished out four assists. Cetrone added an assist to his eight goals. 
Jordan Zehr also dished out an assist. 
Ryan Aler made 13 saves on the afternoon.
The win propels men's lacrosse to the MAC Championship on Saturday where they will face the winner of top-seeded Stevenson and 4-seed Widener.
