READING, Pa. – The Albright men's soccer team could not overcome three first half goals from Penn State Berks as they fell 3-0 on a rainy Saturday night at Shirk Stadium in non-conference play.
With the loss, the Lions drop to 1-1 on the young season, while the Nittany Lions improve to 1-1. Albright has now lost the last two meetings to Penn State Berks dating back to 2015.

Penn State Berks finished with a dominant 8-2 shot advantage in the first half over the Lions.
In the second half, Albright would generate some pressure throughout but could not find the back of the net in the rain. However, the Lions did outshoot Penn State Berks 5-1 in the second half.
The Nittany Lions held an overall 9-6 shot advantage behind the first half performance with six of the nine shots hitting the target. Albright had three of their six shots saved.
