READING, Pa. - The Albright men's soccer team (8-2-3, 0-1-1 MAC Commonwealth) went on the road on Tuesday (Oct. 10) afternoon and played to a 0-0 draw against Penn State Berks (2-6-3) in non conference action.
Today's game marked the last non-conference game on the schedule for the Lions this season.
As a team Albright fired 17 total shots placing 10 of them on frame. Eight different Lions recorded at least one shot in today's game.
In the fourth minute Albright looked to go up 1-0 but the Penn State Berks defender saved the ball off the line keeping the game scoreless.
Martin Ramsay and
John Villano paced the offense in the first half recording two shots each.
The Lions looked to go in front in the last 10 minutes of the game tallying seven shots and earning four corners in that span. The Penn State Berks defense stood tall in the end keeping the Lions off the board.
Ramsay led with six shots followed by Villano with three.
Myles Mitchell and
Noah Raimonde each recorded two shots for the Lions.
Copper Walters earned the start in net for Albright and was called upon twice making saves on both of Penn State Berks attempts.
