ARLINGTON, Va. - The Albright College men's tennis team (1-1 Spring Season) made the lengthy journey down to Arlington Virginia and squared off against Marymount University (1-1 Spring Season) in the second match of the Spring season.
Winning their singles match today was Clay Lewandowski in three sets. Lewandowski took the first set 7-5 and just narrowly dropped set number two 6-7 (12-14) in a tiebreak. The match came down to a decisive third set and Lewandowski won a thriller taking the third and final set 12-10.
Gavin Buckley did not drop a game during his two set win over Alex Hain from Marymount. Buckley made quick work of the opposition winning the first set 6-0 and the second set by the same score of 6-0.
