YORK, Pa. - The Albright College women's tennis team (2-2, 0-1 MAC Commonwealth Spring Season) opened conference play this afternoon and dropped the match to York College (Pa.) (1-1, 1-0 MAC Commonwealth Spring Season) by a final score of 7-2.

Alex Pancu remains perfect in the 2023 spring season picking up another victory in her singles match this afternoon. Pancu had to battle for the first set win, winning the first set 7-6 (9-7) in a tiebreak. Pancu then turned up the pressure and dominated in the second set blanking the opposition 6-0. Pancu is now 3-0 during the spring season.

Michelle Timothy won her match handedly today taking the match in straight sets 6-3 6-0. Timothy is now 3-0 during the spring season and has not dropped a set in singles matches during the spring season.
