ABINGTON, PA. - The Albright men's cross country team returned to the course on Saturday afternoon after having an off week last weekend. Dante Zamichieli paced the Lions, turning in his best time of the year finishing the 8K race in 29:45.8.


Final Results

Zamichieli had it going today out on the course turning in his best time and finish of the season. Zamichieli finished 10th out of 115 competitors for his best finish of the season. The average mile time for Zamichieli came in at 5:59.2 to complete the race in 29:45.8.

Christian Cortes finished second for the Lions, turning in an impressive time of 7:43.9. Jordan Patton was just behind Cortes with a time of 7:58.2.

Rounding out the impressive day for the Lions was Murphy McCabe who recorded a solid time of 41:37.6

The Lions will be off next weekend before returning to action on Saturday, October 14 at the Gettysburg Invitational. The men's race is set to begin at 11 a.m.
