Isaac Collins has announced the hiring of
Tom Pajic as the team's new offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach. Pajic comes to Albright with a wealth of football knowledge coaching at each NCAA Division.
Pajic brings with him over 25 year of coaching experience having stops at Quincy University, Bloomsburg University and Temple University.
For the past three years (2020-2023), Pajic owns and maintained the Jersey Gridiron Scout LLC out of Marlton, New Jersey. The scouting service provides exposure for high school football prospects to colleges through multiple platforms. Pajic organized senior & underclassman showcases featuring 150-200 prospects and hosted 50+ colleges per event.
Prior to starting Jersey Gridiron Scout LLC, Pajic spent three seasons at Temple University (2017-2019) as their Senior Offensive Advisor. At Temple Pajic was responsible for advanced opponent scouting, film breakdown, and overall analysis. Presented offensive staff and the offensive unit with analysis of opponent breakdowns. Handled in-season quality control analysis report and post-season overall scheme analysis for the offensive coordinator.
Also, at Temple, Pajic held the role of Director of Player Personnel. There Pajic would organize and supervise all recruiting efforts, worked alongside the head coach with roster management, staff travel itineraries, oversaw all camps and handled official and unofficial visits. Pajic improved the Owls scouting rankings both nationally and in conference. In 2017, Temple had the 71
st National recruiting class and 5
th best in the AAC according to Scout.com.
At Quincy University, Pajic was the head coach from 2012-2017 leading the team and University to Division II membership from NAIA affiliation. Pajic finished with a record of 20-34 at Quincy while also leading his team to a plethora of accolades. The accolades included four Council of Presidents Academic Excellence Awards, 11 USA College Football Pre-Season All-Americans, two Capital One Academic All-Americans, one GLVC Rookie of The Year, 50 GLVC All Conference selections, 26 school records and four GLVC Conference records.
From 2004-2011, Pajic was the offensive coordinator at Division II Bloomsburg University. Bloomsburg had one of the most dynamic offenses in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) under Pajics tutelage. Statistically the offense ranked in the national top 10 numerous times in offensive categories, as well as PSAC Conference. The post season awards piled up for Pajic at Bloomsburg leading his offensive unit to 10 All-Americans, five All-Region selections, three Harlon Hill nominations, two PSAC East player of the year awards, three PSAC Rookie of the year awards, 46 PSAC East All-Conference selections, 30 school and conference records, 2010 Division II National Rushing Leader and only the 3rd first-year in NCAA history to amass 2,000 yards rushing.
Additionally, Pajic has spent time coaching different offensive units at the University of South Florida, Hofstra University, Gettysburg College, Fordham University and Wilkes University.
Pajic was a standout wide receiver at Bloomsburg University being named a team captain and an All-PSAC selection. With 17 receptions in a single game, Pajic set and still holds the school record for most receptions in a single game.
Pajic is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice.
