COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Albright Women's Basketball team (2-2) traveled to face Ursinus (4-2) for the first of back-to-back games on the road. Following four quarters of play, the Bears would go on to win 57-68.
Mackenzie Dover led the way for the Lions with a team high in both points (15) and rebounds (9) along with going 3-3 at the charity stripe.
Chrisdin Jones grabbed four rebounds and registered two blocks and steals in a strong defensive performance from the First-Year.
Behind a strong night on the boards and on the free throw line, the Lions found themselves up by a score of 32-26 at halftime.
CJ Apistar dished out a team high four assists along with grabbing a pair of rebounds and a steal in an active 29 minutes on the court.
Unfortunately for the Lions, a 42-point second half for Ursinus was enough to bring Ursinus ahead to pick up a home win.
