GRANTHAM, Pa. – The men's track and field team of Albright College continues to perform well in the 2024 outdoor spring season turning notable results throughout the day at the Messiah Invitational.

Dante Zamichieli continues to be in good form turning in another podium finish this afternoon. Zamichieli took home 5
th in the 800m run with a time of 2:02.34. Zamichilei already secured his spot in the MAC Outdoor Championships later this Spring.
Michael Maley and
Greg Hammond both took aim at the 400m dash both turning in solid times. Maley finished in 55.29 and Hammond in 57.36.
John Villano took home third in the high jump this afternoon. Villano is one of the best high jumpers in the conference and showed why today. Villano reached the height of 6-00.00 securing the podium finish.

The Lions will head to Shippensburg University for the Raiders mid-week invitational. The invitational will take place on Wednesday, April 17 beginning at 3:00 p.m.
