WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The men's track and field team turned in notable performances across the board on Friday night at the West Chester Last Chance Invite. The Lions finished with 22 team points, good for a sixth-place finish.

Dante Zamichieli blazed through the competition to take home second in the 800m. Zamichieli finished with a time of 2:15.35 to earn the Lions eight team points.

Dominick Magalhaes finished third in the javelin throw. The throw reached a distance of 40.68m coming on the second throw for Magalhaes.

Andrew Meyers was strong in the 400m race running to a tune of 53.85 to earn fifth in the event.
