COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Albright men's track and field team was back in action throughout the day Friday competing on day one of the Ursinus meet.
Day 1 Results
Christian Jusino nearly bested the field in the discuss throw. Jusino flew by the MAC qualifying mark with a throw of 41.91m. Jusino's throw was one of two throws in the field to surpass the 40m mark.
Murphy McCabe had a strong day of the track in the 5000m race. Murphy's time of 18:54.18 marks a new personable best for Lion long distance runner.
The Lions 4x400 relay team of ran to a new season best for the '24 spring season finishing the relay race in a time of 3:43.25.
Dante Zamichieli continues his strong spring season turning in a season best in the 1500m race. Zamichieli finished 10
th overall in the event out of 46 participants finishing today's race with a time of 4:15.61.
Michael Maley competed in the long jump turning in a distance of 18-06.50.
