FLEETWOOD, Pa. – The Lions women's golf team played in the second and final day of the Golden Oaks Shootout this afternoon at Golden Oaks Golf Club.
Fatima Rizvi paced the three Lions in the field with a two-day score of 158.
The Golden Oaks Shootout was played at Golden Oaks Golf Club with the tournament beginning on Sunday (Sept. 29). The Lions had good weather overall today with the course playing 5469 yards and a par of 72.

Eric Lamm knows his team is just getting started with the best yet to come. "The team is just getting started having only played in three total rounds this fall. We have a very active tournament schedule coming up and I cannot wait to see the team back competing in tournaments."
Fatima Rizvi matched her round one score in round two shooting a 79 in both rounds. Rizvi now has two top five finishes in her first two collegiate tournaments placing in a tie fourth this weekend. Rizvi was steady throughout her round playing holes 7-15 at even par with no bogeys.
Ilaria Catania also shot the same score in both rounds this weekend. Catania shot an 87 on her way to a solo 19
th finish. Catania's two-day score of 174 placed her ahead of three division II golfers in the field from Bloomsburg University.
Braidan Wastler rounded out the Lions in action today finishing the tournament with a round of 95 on day two.

The Lions will be back at it this weekend at the Kutztown Invitational beginning on Sunday, September 6 and concluding on Monday the 7. The Invitational will be played at Moselem Springs Country Club.
