The Lions will be the number four seed in their conference tournament.

READING, Pa. – The Albright Women's Basketball team (13-11, 7-7 MAC Commonwealth) played their final game of the regular season against Widener (17-8, 10-4 MAC Commonwealth). Despite the loss, a loss from Alvernia allowed the team to end the regular season on a high note by securing a spot in the playoffs.

Mackenzie Dover led the team in both points (17) and rebounds (9) and tied for the team lead in assists with four.

Finishing behind Dover with 11 points of her own was Orianna Edmond who came close to recording yet another double-double with eight rebounds which included three on the offensive end. Edmond also recorded another three blocks to pile on what has been a stellar defensive season.

The Lions entered halftime with a narrow lead of 34-31 and managed to hold the Pride's offense to only 10 points in the first quarter.

Gigi Serrano stepped up off the bench and played 31 minutes snagging four rebounds and picking up a block and a steal.

Kenedy Cooper tied the team lead with four assists and recorded two blocks and a steal on the defensive end.

39 points in the second half by the Pride was enough for them to close out a 70-63 win on their home floor.
