ASTON, Pa. – Albright Baseball (6-6) traveled to face the Neuman Knights (6-4) for the first of three road games. Four different Lions flirted with single game records as the team left with a 17-8 win. This marks the fourth time this season the Lions have scored double digit runs. 
 
The game began with both offenses going back and forth leading to the score being tied at 4-4 after three innings.

What then followed was the Lions scoring 13 more runs in the next five innings which included six in the fourth alone. 
 
Deklyn Marks accounted for a team high six RBIs off of four hits which included two homeruns, one of which being inside the park. Marks' four hits and two homers were both one shy of tying the single game program record (five and three respectively). 
 
Tying Marks with four hits were Michael Avino, Roman Berretta and Chris Gorla who combined for seven RBIs. The four runs driven by Avino were good for second on the team while Gorla accounted for the most runs scored (five) and reached base safely on all six of his plate appearances. 
 
In addition to their 25 hits, the Lions stayed patient at the plate and accumulated nine walks as a team. Christian Eckstein was one of three Lions to end the day with multiple walks and also drove in a run in the seventh inning. 
 
Nicolas Natalie picked up the win in relief for his first win of the season.

The Lions will remain on the road to play a double-header against Penn State Schuylkill on Wednesday (3/19). Game one will begin at 11:00 am followed by game two at 2:00 pm.
