LANCASTER, Pa.  – Women's track and field was solid throughout all their events this afternoon competing on the final day of the two-day Millersville Metrics meet on Saturday afternoon.

RESULTS

Elle Haddon continues to shine for the Lions performing very well again this afternoon in the Javelin. Haddon took fifth overall in the event with a throw of 36.35m. Haddon beat multiple D2 competitors in the field while beating 42 total competitors in the field.

Rayne Edwards competed in the shot put this afternoon and recorded a throw of 7.71m. Maggie Williams took her shot in the discuss and reached a distance of 33.39m.

Alyssa DeVita and Julia Parmelee both were in action in the 400m race. The duo fared well overall well just missing a MAC standard mark seeing DeVita finish in 1:06.06 and Parmelee in 1:07.60.

The Lions will next be in action at the Messiah Invitational next Friday, April 11. The meet will get underway at 12pm.
