READING, Pa. – Albright Softball (10-16) remained at home to face Misericordia (12-8). The Cougars would take both games by scores of 15-3 and 12-0.
Slaydon Fisher started the scoring for the Lions in game one with an RBI double to left field to score
Juliette Licata. Also providing an RBI was
Adriana Buonacore who drew a walk with the bases loaded to force in
Sadie Gonzalez for a run.
Katie Behler took advantage of a wild pitch in the seventh inning of game one to score the third run of the day for Albright.
Grace Landante,
Rose Chando,
Mya Frana and
Madison Lasko each found themselves on base multiple times in a game one where the Lions recorded 14 combined hits and walks.
Juliette Licata drew a pair of walks on the day and continues to maintain a OBP well over 50% (.587).
