Jasmynn Dillard and Quinton Browder Set to Join Sports Performance Staff

The Albright sports performance program has announced the additions of Jasmynn Dillard and Quinton Browder to the staff and will serve as strength and conditioning coaches.

READING, Pa. – On Tuesday August 4 the Albright Sports Performance department announced the addition of two new strength and conditioning coaches. Jasmynn Dillard and Quinton Browder are set to join the staff ahead of the 2026-2027 athletic season.

Dillard joins the Lions with a wealth of experience at the Division I level. At the University of Tennessee Dillard spent time as an intern with the football program and with the Olympic strength and conditioning program.

Prior to her stint at Tennessee, Dillard worked for the University of Miami as a football intern before moving on to Cincinnati University to also work with the football program.

She is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology & Health and later went on to earn a master's degree in Sports Science & Rehabilitation from Logan University.
Browder is a well-rounded individual in the strength and conditioning space having served in various roles in the field.

Recently, Browder worked for Grace Preparatory Academy (Texas) as strength coach while also serving as an assistant football and track and field coach. Additionally, Browder has served as a private strength trainer, youth fitness instructor and a performance coach.

Browder earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Oklahoma Baptist University and obtained his master's degree from Bridgewater State University.
Both Dillard and Browder will work with Albright Sports Performance Director Tyler Kopp helping the Lion athletes on and off the field.
