READING, Pa. — Women's tennis took to the court against Penn State Berks in fall action, winning 7-0 on the day. The Lions cleaned up in doubles play, winning all three matches, and four Lions found themselves with clean sweeps in singles play.
In singles play,
Nadia Margaritov,
Elicia Aponte,
Alaina Smith, and
Melanny Olivo were able to best their Nittany Lion opponents 6-0, 6-0.
Daniela Diez saw action against Madiella Keefer at No. 4 singles, only letting up one point in the first set. Diez saw a 6-1, 6-0 win.
Emily Pacheco took to the court as a Lion for the first time, facing Sophia Kish at No. 6 singles. Pacheco won the match 6-1, 6-1.
