Megan Baker begins her first season as a member of the Albright field hockey coaching staff in 2020.

Baker spent the 2019 season as an assistant coach at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Falcons qualified for the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) tournament for the second-straight season behind an 8-10 overall record and 4-2 mark in conference play. Baker helped coach seven Falcons to earn All-CSAC honors. 

Baker graduated from Saint Joesph's College of Maine in May 2019. She was a four-year starter as the goalkeeper for the Monks and a captain during her senior season. A multi-sport athlete, she also was a three-year member of the Lacrosse program. A two-time Goalkeeper of the Year, Baker was selected twice to the 1st-Team All-Conference and one-time 2nd-Team All-Conference honoree. Baker and the Monks also appeared in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament on four different occasions times during her tenure, claiming their conference championship in 2016, 2017, and 2018. 

Baker served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) for 3 years, being the SAAC President in 2018-19 and Vice President in 2017-18. She was also a member of the Academic Senate, on the All-College Environmental Committee,  and worked as an athletic office assistant for the Sports Information Director and Athletic Director along with Athletic event staff doing stats, play-by-play, PA, and broadcasting.  .

Baker has been the head goalkeeper coach at Maine Elite Field hockey club program for the 2018-19 season and was an assistant coach there as well. She was the head goal keeper coach at Maine Styx field hockey club program from 2016-2018, was than assistant coach for the USA futures program in 2017-2019, and has been coaching for the Gorham Youth and High School programs for the past 4 years in the summers. Baker also spent time with various campus through Hockey Palooza and recently at Kutztown University. 

Baker earned Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from Saint Joseph's (Maine).
