Mike Winslow begins his eleventh season as Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line coach for the Lions in 2018. In the spring of 2012, Winslow was named Associate Head Coach and also serves as the program’s Academic Coordinator. The Albright offense has led the Middle Atlantic Conference in Scoring or Total Offense in three out of the last five regular seasons.

Since Winslow’s arrival, he has coached 43 All-MAC players, four All-American selections, a MAC Offensive Player of the Year, MAC Rookie of the Year, and a D3football.com Regional Player of the Year.  Winslow has mentored 15 all-conference offensive linemen. Over the past nine seasons the Albright offense has been one of the most prolific units in the MAC, averaging 30 points per game. The Lions were the top scoring unit in the conference during the 2009, 2013, and 2015 seasons as well as the top total offense in 2016.

In 2017, Winslow helped the Lions get off to a 5-0 start before finishing the season 8-3 that got the Lions back to the MAC-Centennial Bowl series for the second straight year. Albright's offense had another solid season as they finished in the top five in the conference in scoring offense, passing yards, and passing touchdowns. Quarterback Alec Vignola also finished second in the MAC in Passing Efficiency. Winslow coached four offensive players - Malik Jackson, Kyle Dickerson, Milton Cordero, and Mike Jordan - to All-MAC Selections with Jackson earning first-team honors.

Albright’s offense was unstoppable in the 2016 season as the Lions finished the season with an 8-3 overall record and as MAC-Centennial Bowl Champions. His offensive unit led the MAC in numerous categories including Total Offense, 1st Downs, Time of Possession, Passing Yards, and Passing Touchdowns. The Lions also had ranked 14th in the NCAA as well as first in the conference in 3rd Down Conversions. Albright also finished third in Scoring Offense. Quarterback Alec Vignola led the MAC in Passing Efficiency, while wide receiver Vinny Williams led the conference in Touchdown Receptions. Winslow coached six players—Williams, Jonni Cassano, John McKeever, Kyle Dickerson, Vignola and Kensey Davis—to All-MAC selections including three Offensive Linemen with two of those players earning First Team honors.

Winslow helped coach Albright to a Middle Atlantic Conference title in 2015 as the Lions finished the season with a 10-2 overall record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA playoffs. His offensive unit led the MAC in scoring offense and Mike Knight, Jonni Cassano, John McKeever, Malik Gilmore, Vinny Williams and Josh MacLeod were each named All-MAC. Cassano also earned All-America honors as an offensive lineman.

The 2014 season ended with yet another postseason appearance as the Lions were selected for the ECAC South Atlantic Bowl. Albright finished the year with a 6-5 overall record. The Lions concluded the season by scoring 30, or more, points in four of the last five regular season games.

The 2013 Albright Lions finished the season 8-3 and were ECAC Southwest Bowl champions. Winslow’s offense was the top scoring offense in the Middle Atlantic Conference, averaging 33.8 points per game. The offense produced seven All-MAC selections.

The Lions went 8-3 in 2012, winning the ECAC Southeast Bowl. Albright had two All-American selections on offense- fullback Marty Reinhardt and wide receiver Scott Pillar. Pillar signed a rookie free agent contract with the St. Louis Rams in the spring following his senior year.

Winslow's offense set several school and MAC records during the 2011 season. The Lions' 545 passing yards and 675 total yards in a 65-26 victory over Wilkes were Albright records, while the team's 30 first downs was tied for third most in school history and its 65-point output was fifth-most all-time. Albright's passing total was also second-most in Middle Atlantic Conference history, trailing only Juniata's 587 yards against Widener back in 1999. Their 675 yards was seventh-most ever in the MAC. Later, quarterback T.J. Luddy would set a MAC and school record for completion percentage in a 57-21 win at Stevenson.

In 2010, Winslow once again played a major part in the Lions' continued success on the offensive side of the ball. Combined, the offense recorded 3,680 total yards and averaged 28.7 points per game. They also combined for 198 first downs and rushed for a 1,613 yards, while passing for 2,067 yards.  In the red zone, the Lions were amongst the best in the conference throughout the year, scoring 34 times on a combined 41 chances.

In 2009, Winslow played an important role in mentoring a Lion offense that helped Albright College post a 11-2 record and National Quarterfinal appearance in the NCAA playoffs. Under Winslow’s direction, the Albright offense acccumulated 5,181 yards of offense and produced 51 touchdowns. The Lion offense ranked nationally in Pass Offense (24th), and Pass Efficiency (14th), while individual performers finished the season ranked in the top 25 nationally in Pass Efficiency, Receptions Per Game and Receiving Yard Per Game.

In 2009, the Lions offense scored 30 or more points seven times, accumulated 400 yards of total offense six times and amassed over 600 yards of offense in two contests. Members of the Lions offense were recognized as conference players of the week four times in 2009. Winslow tutored an offensive line unit that featured two All-MAC performers in Adam Burkart and Matt Odenwalt.

In his first season with Albright in 2008, the Lion offensive unit went from last in rushing (2007) to third in the conference. Winslow tutored an offensive line unit, led by 1st Team All-MAC performer Therron Deets, which paved the way for the first 1,000-yard rusher at Albright College since 1995. Winslow’s line produced an All-MAC Rookie of the Year award winner. This unit produced 150 yards rushing or greater six times, and amassed over 200 yards rushing in four contests.

Prior to his appointment at Albright College, Winslow served as the wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Maine (FCS). Maine is a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), formerly known as the Atlantic-10 Conference. In 2006, Winslow served as assistant defensive backs coach at Maine. The Black Bears finished the regular season ranked No. 24 in The Sports Network I-AA Top 25 poll. Winslow worked with a defensive unit that led the nation in Rush Defense, and was ranked near the top in several other statistical categories.

Winslow assisted in developing a secondary that finished 2nd in the Atlantic 10 in Pass Efficiency Defense. The unit included a pair of All-Atlantic 10 performers in Manauris Arias and Daren Stone. Arias was also named to the All-New England Football Writers Division I-AA All-Star team. Stone was selected in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons.

Prior to coming to Orono, Winslow spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Thiel College. Winslow helped lead the resurgence for Thiel who went undefeated in the 2005 regular season (10-0). The 11-1 campaign included the school's first ever NCAA national-playoff berth and first Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship since 1972. Winslow also served as the head coach and offensive coordinator for Thiel’s junior varsity program.

As the Tomcats’ wide receivers coach; Winslow developed Brandon Chambers into a two-time All-American, South-Region Co-Offensive Player of the Year; and three-time All-PAC performer. Chambers held the majority of the schools’ receiving records, including career receptions (203), career receiving yards (3,111) and career touchdown receptions (34).
