Rusty Fleming enters his first season as an assistant coach on the volleyball staff at Albright College.

Fleming is a 2014 graduate of Waynesburg University where he played on the club volleyball team. He was the team captain and setter during his last two years.

Fleming attended Northern York High School and was born in Dillsburg, Pa.
