READING, Pa. - Still in the hunt for their first conference win of the season, the Lady Lions (7-10/0-3 Commonwealth) hosted the Dutchmen of Lebanon Valley (15-1/2-1 Commonwealth) Wednesday evening in the Bollman Center.
Despite their best efforts, the 2008 Commonwealth Conference champions proved to much for the red and white defeating in three straight games. In the first game of the night Lebanon Valley picked up a 25-15 win. Game two was a tough one for the Lions as they fell 25-6. The final game, proved to be the closest one of the night as Albright tried to make a run in the end but fell short dropping a 25-19 game.
All around it was a tough night for Albright, totaling 21 errors as whole while only scoring 27 kills. They were also held to just 19 assists in the loss and were charged with eight receiving errors.
Defensively the Lions did lead the match in digs with 42 and totaled a match high five blocks. Even the blocking errors came back to haunt the Lions has they tallied five as well.

Volleyball returns to action this Sunday when they travel to Wesley College for a busy day. The red and white will play a total of three matches throughout the course of the day and are scheduled to face Delaware Valley College, Cedar Crest College, and Penn State Abington.
